PLEASE DO NOT START A NEW COMMENT THREAD ON THIS POST.

We do not want to hit the comment maximum of 5000 comments

If you would like to offer words after 8:30 AM on Thursday, January 14, please post your offer as a comment to this post.

If you have any questions, please do not ask them on this post - ask them here instead.

If you would like to offer words - fanfic, original fic, a printed book or printed fanfic, beta reading services, podficcing services, non-fanfic editing services or the like, please use the template hereto offer your words or word-related services. If you're offering a story, feel free to provide a maximum and/or minimum word count.

Since we are going to have a second round of auctions later this winter, the goal for this round will be for things that can be delivered by February 14, although if you want to offer something with a later delivery date, please indicate that in the Additional Info section. Also, if you are offering more than one item, or would like to indicate a "reserve" of up to $50, please indicate so in the Additional Info section.

This auction will close on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at approximately noon Eastern Standard Time.

You can see things I've created at: my fiction masterlist.

I am offering: A fanfic with a bare minimum of 5,000 words. (There is no maximum. I can get very prolific very quickly, as people can attest to.)

Fandoms: Supernatural. Specifically CW RPS with a pairing of Jared/Jensen. I've never really attempted Sam/Dean but I would try my very best should that be what my bidder requests.

Additional Info: I am willing to work with bidder on specific prompts or elements they would like to see in the story. I lean mostly towards fluff and romance and/or comedy and I would prefer not to write anything too dark. The main pairing must be Jared/Jensen because I'm weirdly OTP like that. Bidder can also request timestamps or continuations of an existing story or 'verse.

Starting Bid: $10 US

I'm sure I'll be outbid but I'll try anyways. $50

Had to take mine back. :( Did some looking and to beat the $50 was a bit too rich for me. But what an awesome bid from Heather!

You won!
Please read the Auction Closing Procedures at http://community.livejournal.com/help_haiti/10319.html

If you've already made a donation that covers the amount of your winning bid(s), confirm your donation to the item Offeror or the help_haiti mods, as explained here.

If you haven't donated yet, you can find a list of charities at http://community.livejournal.com/help_haiti/660.html?mode=reply - or you can connect with the Offeror to discuss a donation to a different charity/agency/organization. After you've made your donations(s), please confirm your donation to the item Offeror or the help_haiti mods, as explained here.

If you have any questions, ask them here.

Remember, we have screened replies at help_haiti for the time being, so discussion between Offeror and Winning Bidder should move out of the comm into one of your LJs, PMs, email, etc.

Thank you from help_haiti!

We've just notified the winning bidder(s), and asked them to connect with you directly, or with us, to confirm their donation. Once they do, you can get started on your Offering, or ship it to them, or whatever suits the circumstances. Or if you prefer, you can get in touch with the winning bidder yourself, any time.

Once a winning bidder has sent you confirmation of his or her donation, we would really appreciate it if you visited the Donation Confirmation Station at http://community.livejournal.com/help_haiti/10005.html - it will really help with our record keeping and putting together the final tally.

If you have any questions, ask them here; if you haven't heard from the Winning Bidder by Sunday, and you've tried to contact him or her yourself, let us know there, too.

Remember, we have screened replies at help_haiti for the time being, so discussion between Offeror and Winning Bidder should move out of the comm into one of your LJs, PMs, email, etc.
